To find the cottages, follow the A30 south to Chiverton Cross, the very large roundabout signposted Truro, St. Agnes etc. On the roundabout follow sign for
After Dales Garage make a right turn signposted Wheal Rose. Continue along this road for ½ mile. The Engine House with its tall chimney will be seen on the left.
